EHS Engineer

1、Responsible for the daily maintenance, document review, management review, and internal/external audits of the company's iso 45001 & iso 14001 management systems.
2、Responsible for developing training materials related to safety, environmental protection, fire safety, occupational health, etc., and conducting the three-level safety induction training and examination for new employees.
3、Responsible for formulating management procedures and developing safe operating procedures for special equipment, establishing daily management requirements (equipment maintenance, annual inspection), and maintaining related ledgers.
4、Responsible for establishing management requirements and approval processes for company chemicals, and managing/supervising chemical procurement, storage, usage, etc.
5、Responsible for establishing management requirements for hazardous waste, submitting management plans, inventory declarations, and transfer management as required, maintaining hazardous waste ledgers; reviewing qualifications of disposal contractors, supervising them, and ensuring contract validity.
6、Develop emergency response plans related to safety, environment, fire safety, etc., in accordance with local regulations, and organize regular drills and training.
7、Responsible for conducting regular safety risk control and hidden hazard inspections; tracking the entire process of hazard rectification; and generating statistical analysis reports on hidden hazards.
8、Responsible for managing external suppliers and contractors (including but not limited to safety notifications, safety & environmental agreements, issuing relevant permits, etc.), and conducting regular archiving.
9、Responsible for developing the occupational disease management system, and establishing ledgers for positions with occupational hazards as well as personnel health records.
10、Responsible for writing investigation reports for personal injury incidents caused by safety accidents and environmental pollution incidents.
11、Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and updating local safety-related laws and regulations to ensure the compliance of company safety management, and conducting regular training. Responsible for the environmental "three simultaneities" management for new, renovation, and expansion projects, handling environmental impact assessments, acceptance inspections, occupational hazard factor detection, etc.
12、Responsible for establishing management requirements for plant utility equipment/facilities and energy equipment, handling maintenance tasks; formulating water, electricity, gas consumption, and energy consumption control measures.
13、Responsible for developing am/pm management systems for various energy equipment; responsible for formulating daily management systems for special equipment.
