Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Implement laws, regulations, systems, and standards related to occupational health and safety in production, and inspect their implementation. Manage safety and environmental supervision within the business division.
- Identify potential safety hazards and high-risk operations, prepare safety training materials, and assist departments in employee safety education, awareness training, and assessments.
- Conduct on-site safety inspections, stop any illegal instructions or operations, organize departmental safety and 5S inspections, report issues regularly, cooperate with company-level occupational health, safety, and environmental inspections, report corrective actions to superiors, notify responsible departments, and follow up on rectifications.
- Establish and update records for special equipment, certified operators, and hazardous chemicals.
- Investigate, analyze, and handle safety incidents within the business division; follow up on work-related injuries.
- Handle permits for hot work, high-altitude operations, and excavation; supervise safety, energy conservation, and emission reduction for external contractors.
- Manage EHS within assigned work areas and comply with company policies and work arrangements.
- Inspect the implementation of national policies, laws, and company systems related to environmental protection, occupational health, physical safety, and fire prevention; supervise safety and environmental management to ensure compliance and safe production.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Possess relevant professional qualifications and knowledge.
