Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Embedding with the Ecosystem team to learn the domain, existing tooling, and proven patterns
- Partnering with engineers, solution builders, and content owners to translate manufacturing and operations knowledge into structured, AI-ingestible skills, structured content, retrieval indexes, and progressive-disclosure scaffolding
- Architecting and building the production backbone including APIs, services, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses
- Growing existing tooling into scalable systems with cleaner contracts, sturdier data models, and observability
- Setting engineering standards for the Ecosystem team including code review, deployment hygiene, documentation, and contribution patterns
- Collaborating with Product and Core Engineering on API contracts, security review, and platform integration
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional backend experience
- Solid REST/HTTP API design instincts
- Comfort with full lifecycle of production service including schema design, deployment, observability, and ownership
- Production experience on AWS or equivalent cloud with compute, containers, kubernetes, managed data stores, IAM, networking, and infrastructure-as-code patterns
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs such as Claude or OpenAI into real applications including prompt engineering, RAG, structured outputs, and basic agent orchestration
- Strong instincts for infrastructure versus novel patterns
- Genuine curiosity for the domain and understanding of the people served
- Excellent English communication skills including design documentation and explanation to non-engineers
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Nice-to-have
- Working knowledge of evaluation frameworks for LLM systems
- Exposure to industrial software, manufacturing, or domains where people closest to the problem are not engineers
