Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of a high-quality catalog of pre-built applications, API connectors, and custom UI widgets
Design and testing of AI-centric user journeys for Tulip builders
Management of the end-to-end development lifecycle of Library assets from concept scoping to quality assurance
Architecture and implementation of standard demo environments showcasing AI transformation in frontline operations
Building internal tools, prompt libraries, and playbooks to reduce ramp time for new builders and standardize AI-integrated manufacturing workflows
Writing comprehensive technical guides and producing walkthrough videos
Collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align content with company positioning and enable commercial success

Requirements
2+ years of experience in solution engineering, content creation, or technical development
Hands-on AI proficiency with experience building repeatable workflows, prompt libraries, and templates
Strong technical aptitude with a data-driven mindset and basic programming knowledge
Excellent English communication skills with ability to translate complex technical features into clear, benefit-driven language
Relevant degree in Engineering (Process, Industrial, Mechanical) or Design (Product, Industrial) or equivalent working experience
Hands-on AI proficiency with experience building repeatable workflows, prompt libraries, and templates
Strong technical aptitude with a data-driven mindset and basic programming knowledge
Excellent English communication skills with ability to translate complex technical features into clear, benefit-driven language
Relevant degree in Engineering (Process, Industrial, Mechanical) or Design (Product, Industrial) or equivalent working experience
Nice-to-have
Interest in UX/service design, AI tools, or MCP servers, Genuine curiosity and empathy for manufacturing processes and frontline operations
