E-Commerce Coordinator

ROLE

  • Maintain and update the e-commerce website and marketplace listings, including product information and promotional campaigns.
  • Create and optimize digital assets such as email campaigns, social media posts, and online ads.
  • Monitor website and marketplace traffic, sales, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize website performance
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, and online advertising

TEAM

  • The E-commerce Coordinator will be a member of the E-commerce team within the Digital department, with no direct managerial responsibilities.
     

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Maintain and update the brand's e-commerce website and marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product information, pricing, and promotions.
  • Manage the product catalog on the e-commerce website and marketplaces, ensuring that it is up to date and optimized for search engines.
  • Manage product feeds for various shopping channels, marketplaces and affiliates.
  • Monitor and analyze website and marketplace metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve the user experience and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that the e-commerce website and marketplaces are aligned with the brand's overall marketing and branding strategy.
  • Troubleshoot website and marketplaces issues, liaising with technical support as needed.
  • Provide various content to advertising agencies and follow-up on implementation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends and make recommendations for new initiatives or improvements to existing processes.
  • Assist the digital and e-commerce team with daily tasks.
  • Participate in various digital projects.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES / TRAINING

  • Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience managing product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for creating digital assets such as banners, ads, and social media posts.
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website development and customization.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including expertise in marketplace management platform and experience working with web content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience analyzing website traffic and user behavior to optimize website performance.
  • Proficiency in English, any additional languages being a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer technologies in general (internet browsing, social media, SEO, SEM, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

PERSONALITY, SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product catalogs and website content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Positive attitude and a can-do mentality to approach challenges with enthusiasm and energy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly.
     

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Prior experience in e-commerce and online marketplace management
