E-Commerce Architecture & Strategy Expert (Adobe Commerce)

• Review the existing Adobe Commerce architecture, integrations, and operating
  model with focus on synergy potential between both instances
• Identify strengths, risks, bottlenecks, and optimization potential (extension, new
  functionalities, integration into website/marketplaces)
• Define target architecture options and a practical development roadmap
• Recommend the most suitable support model (internal, external, hybrid,
  managed service)
• Assess opportunities to reduce licensing and operating costs
• Benchmark setup and roadmap against e-commerce best practices and
  market trends
• Advise on critical success factors such as scalability, performance,
  maintainability, time-to-market, conversion enablement, and platform
  governance

• Proven experience with Adobe Commerce architecture in complex e-commerce
  environments
• Deep technical understanding, ideally with developer capabilities on Adobe
  Commerce
• Strong background in enterprise integration, platform operating models, and
  support structures
• Experience with commercial and licensing optimization
• Good understanding of e-commerce business KPIs, digital customer journeys,
  and market trends
• Able to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for
  management
