Responsibilities

Are you interested to be part of a global leader in smart energy storage solutions, dedicated to making clean and sustainable energy accessible to everyone?

As part of our team, you'll help Dutch-speaking customers get the most out of innovative mobile and smart device technologies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email in Dutch.
Troubleshooting issues related to smart energy storage solutions.
Helping them find the best solutions to their questions.
Providing clear and friendly assistance on product features and functionality.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure more complex cases are resolved efficiently.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
Working closely with colleagues from an international environment and contributing to a great customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working with modern technology in a dynamic, people-focused setting.

Requirements

We’re looking for you if you:

Have approximately C1-level Dutch language skills and can confidently communicate with native Dutch-speaking customers,
Can collaborate with an international team in English at a minimum B2 level,
Communicate clearly and patiently, both verbally and in writing,
Enjoy solving problems,
Are interested in mobile applications and modern technology,
Are willing to work full-time from our office in Debrecen.

Nice-to-have

Interest in physics and smart technologies.
Previous customer service or technical experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
We also welcome applications from recent graduates and career changers.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, including a 1-hour break
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
