Responsibilities

Managing, coordinating, and instructing drivers who are currently available and ready for assignments.
Planning and organizing driver assignments based on individual skills and competencies.
Handling daily operational matters related to drivers and resolving arising issues.
Ensuring accurate daily administration related to drivers, keeping records up to date.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management.
Maintaining close cooperation with related departments, including HR, payroll, fleet management, and operations.
Proactively handling ad hoc cases and unexpected situations as they arise.

Requirements

Minimum secondary education qualification.
Active English language skills at least at intermediate level, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Solid computer skills, with confident and efficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive mindset and problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
Flexible attitude toward problem-solving.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Dynamic personality with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
Willingness to work in a weekend on-call schedule.

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of the Hindi language.
Residence close to the workplace.
Previous experience in managing drivers from third countries (non-EU drivers).
Advanced / fluent English language proficiency.
Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
Availability for immediate start.
