YOUR TASKS

As Doorman, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Assisting guests on arrival by opening car doors for them and escorting them to the front office
Be present at the Lobby and support the Team operationally
Delivering luggage at check-in and removing luggage from guest rooms at check-out
Secure parking of guest vehicles
Being an ambassador of the hotel, both being actively engaging with guests and with colleagues
Understands and follows all applicable standards, both in terms of quality, sustainability and FLHSS of the Rooms Division, policies and rules 
Actively advertises our Fans of MO guest recognition program to our guests

YOUR PROFILE

As Doorman, we expect from you:

A minimum of 1 year of Door or Bell experience
Driver's license
Sense of responsibility, teamwork, organizational skills and good time management
Communication skills - guests will come to you with both complaints and positive feedback
Flexibility and resilience - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts
Excellent manners, approachable and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma
Excellent knowledge of German and English. Other foreign languages are an advantage
Successful applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland
