Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Compile accurate and timely financial reports for donors in close coordination with Field Operations and the Division of External Relations (DER)
- Manage daily operational activities of the Donor Reporting sub-unit, including follow-up with stakeholders and handling the shared mailbox
- Respond to internal and external audit requests, with a particular focus on verifications and audits conducted by or on behalf of the European Commission
- Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures and guidance materials to support efficient reporting processes
- Provide support, guidance, and on-the-job training to junior team members and new joiners
Requirements
- Recognized post-graduate professional accounting qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in preparing financial reports and in reviewing and analysing large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to both internal and external audits
- Strong financial English drafting and communication skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, with the ability to learn new software tools
- Experience in system implementation or in management and organizational change initiatives within an international environment is an asset
