Responsibilities

Creation, editing, and review of all quality documents (DEV, CAPA, CCO, maintenance completion reports) in accordance with SOP specifications
Lead responsibility for the creation, review, and coordination of the approval of internal and external qualification documents (RA, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) for the ES/FM area
Establishing concepts for the qualification and validation of technical equipment and premises
Carrying out and supporting practical qualification work
Periodically revising and reviewing risk analyses and SOPs in collaboration with technical experts.
Acting as the contact person for technical qualification and documentation during internal and external audits

Requirements

Successfully completed degree in pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, process engineering, or technical studies, or alternatively, training as a state-certified technician
Initial professional experience in a GMP environment
Good knowledge of the qualification phases and the GMP guidelines
Business fluent German and good English skills
Good written and communication skills
Experienced in using digital tools (including Microsoft Office)
Independent and team-oriented approach to work
