District Manager OUTLET Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis
Task:
As a district manager your goal will be to maximize sales results and profitability of our two OUTLET stores ( the one in Premier Outlet in Biatorbágy and the one in Dunakeszi). The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working in one of our fast-paced districts, a typical week will see you spending time in your stores and could include:
- constant analysis and monitoring of sales
- effectively supporting the teams to keep the district operating to a high standard, reaching commercial goals and KPI's
- managing stocks and products assortment
- setting up of the stores according to your specific brand’s commercial and visual merchandising policies
- acting as an example and leader for stores in your district
- developing your store team within the district to deliver fantastic customer experiences in all stores
- promoting the culture, values and mission of Calzedonia Group by leading with integrity and honesty
- communicating company values to in-store staff so as to guarantee high quality service and gain customer loyalty
Expectation:
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- You have 2-4 years of experience in retail ( fashion, sport)
- have strong communication and relationship building skills
- are flexible and dynamic
- are humble and positive
- have a driving license
- have strong English knowledge
