Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate export and import shipments end-to-end, from loading to final delivery
- Maintain daily communication with transport partners, warehouse operations, and intercompany stakeholders
- Support and provide operational guidance to dispatchers in their daily activities
- Manage EKÁER administration
- Perform accurate and precise administrative tasks, including handling documentation, records, and system data
- Monitor outsourced logistics services, manage proof of delivery and service confirmations, and maintain contact with service providers
- Handle logistics-related customer complaints, ensure effective problem resolution, and provide feedback
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in transport/logistics, preferably in shipment coordination
- Minimum secondary education in a relevant field
- Communicative level of English
- Confident computer skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Open-minded, agile, and able to think in a structured, system-oriented way
- Valid Category B driver’s license
Nice-to-have
- Professional experience in the automotive spare parts industry
- Higher education degree in logistics or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
