Responsibilities

The Distribution Accounting Team is part of the R2R organization in our Shared Service center in Budapest. The Distribution Accounting Team is responsible for the relevant transactions of wholegoods accounting . The Distribution Accountant is responsible for completing the assigned month-end close and brand related activities.

Your Impact:

Accounting and reporting of inventory / wholegoods related transactions (reserve calculation, allocations etc.). Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

Attending monthly reviews with Brand Controllers. Answering and following-up queries during and after month end close

Margin analysis within Distribution Accounting scope. Participation in the annual wholegoods stock take

Preparation and support revenue recognition testing

Contribution to a continuous improvement culture within the organization.

Requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Finance or business (or similar)

Relevant experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome.

Experience in the field of inventory accounting, margin analysis and/or standard cost.

calculation and reporting, variance analysis is distinct advantage.
