Director - Regulatory & Compliance FS 80-100% (w/m/d)
Your tasks
You take responsibility for advising Swiss and international banks, asset managers and other financial service providers on all financial market regulations, including the Banking Act, FINIA, FINSA, AMLA, CISA, ESG, FINMA licensing, etc.
You are processing complex legal issues, taking into account Swiss legislation and international influences
As engagement leader, you provide risk and compliance consulting and outsourcing services for financial services clients
You strengthen customer relationships, you are active in the market and strong in acquiring new clients
You contribute to interdisciplinary projects and support internal initiatives and strategic tasks
Your profile
University degree in Law
Admission to the bar and/ or further education is a plus
7+ years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland, ideally in a Big4 or comparable environment
Strong customer and team orientation as well as a high level of commitment
Fluent in French and English
