Responsibilities

Shape and implement the company's innovation and process strategy in alignment with long-term growth and sustainability objectives
Drive R&D and sustainability initiatives and ensure that innovations are successfully transferred into scalable industrial operations
Further develop production standards, methodologies and process documentation across the full value chain (spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing)
Lead the laboratory organisation, ensuring technical standards, investment planning, cost efficiency and the continuous improvement of testing systems
Take ownership of management systems and certifications and guarantee international audit readiness
Act as a central interface to IT and digitalisation initiatives, defining requirements and supporting system evolution

Requirements

Completed degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science or a comparable technical discipline
Several years of leadership experience within the textile industry, ideally in a vertically integrated production environment
Proven expertise in innovation management, process optimisation, R&D or management systems
Experienced in handling certifications and audits within regulated industrial structures
Strategic and analytical thinker with sound technical expertise and commercial awareness, who drives change with natural authority
