Responsibilities

The Role

This position defines and drives the Facilities, Security, & Safety strategy and roadmap across all European operations. Leading a regional organization of more than 100 professionals , the role ensures operational excellence while advancing transformation through technology, sustainability, and data-driven processes. As a key member of the Regional Strategic Leadership Team , this role has high visibility and direct impact on business performance, resilience, and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale a European Infrastructure organization of 100+ FTE, accountable for Facilities, Security, and Safety across all operations.
Define and deliver the regional infrastructure strategy and roadmap, balancing operational excellence with transformation, sustainability, and cost efficiency at scale.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning infrastructure capabilities with business priorities and enabling performance, resilience, and employee wellbeing.
Oversee regional governance, crisis and business continuity management, cross-country programs, and leadership development to ensure long-term organizational readiness.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a senior Facilities Management executive with a strong track record in large, complex industrial multinationals .

Hands-on experience in production environments is essential , with deep expertise in managing facilities within operational settings.
Multi-matrix experience is a must , including the ability to operate effectively across countries, cultures, and regulatory frameworks within a global organization.
A strategic mindset combined with executional strength, credibility at senior leadership level, and the ability to lead at scale.
