Meet your future team
With residence in the CEE Regional headquarter in Budapest, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for identifying and evaluating key opportunities to increase the region's success and delivering qualitative and quantitative insights. As a Webpage Performance Specialist at VELUX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our website offers the best possible user experience and drives high conversion rates. You will be part of our CXU Team and will work closely with various departments to improve webpage performance. This role also involves data analysis to inform and support performance enhancements
As part of this role, your responsibilities include the following:

As part of this role, your responsibilities include the following:
- Drive UX and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives to improve user journeys and website performance
- Analyse webpage performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Provide input on content and design improvements based on user behaviour and performance metrics
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify best practices and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, CX, and digital teams
- Prepare clear and actionable reports to support decision‑making and performance improvements
Requirements
The requirements for this role include:
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have relevant equivalent experience
- Bring proven experience in web performance optimisation, UX, or CRO
- Are proficient with web analytics tools and content management systems
- Are fluent in English
