Responsibilities

CRM

Implementing the JLR CRM strategy in the Hungarian market
Creating and sending eDM campaigns and newsletters using CRM and LMS systems
Maintaining communication with the service providers of the CRM and LMS systems (SalesForce, Pardot)
Introducing and managing the Online Customer Journey project, as well as actively participating in other customer experience-related projects
JLR national website management

DSS

Lead and manage the deployment of key JLR projects including iLexius, AVL, NVL, online service booking, RPTK, Medallia, CRM, eVHC, and other digital platforms.
Ensure their seamless integration with existing systems to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repurchase rates.
Continuously integrate innovative digital tools to automate workflows and measurably improve client engagement, retention, and overall experience.
Implement AI-driven solutions to anticipate customer needs and personalize client interactions.
Provide training and support to ensure the effective use of these systems at all levels
Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making, ensuring that the digital initiatives contribute to overall business objectives
Ensure that all digital systems comply with industry regulations and JLR's security standards.
Manage data privacy concerns and implement best practices for data security across all platforms

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital systems management
At least 3 years of professional experience using and strong understanding of CRM/LMS systems (knowledge of SalesForce is a must), AI technologies, and digital marketing strategies
Fluent in both English and Hungarian, with proficiency in a business environment.
Proven track record in implementing and managing IT projects at a multi-site level (Importer and Retailer)
Effective management and execution of daily tasks and projects, involving relevant departments
Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and make data-driven decisions
Commitment to enhancing client satisfaction through digital innovation
Ability to stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies

Nice-to-have

Experience in Consumer protection law, fundamentals of car sale/service legislation (BER)
Advanced certifications in project management or specific digital tools (e.g., AI, CRM systems)
Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge
Experience in automotive industry
