Digital Product Owner
Tasks
Responsible for the vision and roadmap of a given system regarding Waste Management..
Drives the initial set-up of new processes, also delivers continuous improvement for processes already in place.
Works closely together with business representatives to identify development areas, to understand business demands and to define functional requirements.
Aligns development directions with relevant other Product Owners, exchange possibilities with IT department.
Defines priorities based on expected value and available resources, handles priority conflicts and interdependencies.
Manages related project portfolio, steers project delivery, occasionally participates in project work, ensures quality.
Works together, supports and coordinates third party vendors to ensure the business expectations are met during delivery.
Continuously challenges the status quo, follows up market trends, newest technologies and best practices. Benchmarks to other companies.
Participates in yearly financial planning.
Requirements
University/College degree
6-8 years of work experience, 3-4 years on relevant area
“Customer first” mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
General good understanding of IT systems and architectures, project management practices (including agile), development methods
Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills, good English knowledge
Strategic thinking and analytical approach
Flexibility, results oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
