Responsibilities

Collaboration with Global Process Owners (GPOs), GBS Operations, and other business stakeholders to understand business processes
Acting as the primary liaison between business and technical teams throughout process discovery and improvement opportunity identification
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and process documentation
Facilitation of workshops and discussions to clarify process flows, identify gaps, and align stakeholders
Translation of business needs into clear, structured functional requirements for implementation teams
Validation of proposed solutions against business requirements
Fostering effective communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Performing testing to ensure solution delivery meets defined requirements

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital transformation, analytics enablement, or process improvement within a multinational organization
Preferred fields of study in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
Strong capabilities in requirements documentation, process analysis, and solution scoping
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior operational stakeholders and leadership
Ability to translate complex business processes into clear and actionable requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
