Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital media plans, launching campaigns across multiple online channels.
Research and analyze the Turkish media landscape; identify and test new channels and marketing tools.
Manage and optimize promotional tools within the company’s mobile application.
Analyze and improve the customer journey (CJM), focusing on segmentation, personalization, and user engagement mechanics.
Conduct performance analytics for the acquisition funnel, including CAC, retention dynamics, and LTV.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional digital and CVM teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Requirements
Proficiency in Turkish (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Fluent Russian language skills.
Current residence in Antalya.
Strong understanding of the Turkish market and local consumer behavior.
Proven analytical skills with ability to develop hypotheses and apply systematic thinking.
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional inputs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Previous experience in digital marketing, CRM, or CVM will be considered an advantage.
Fluent Russian language skills.
Current residence in Antalya.
