Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who doesn’t just manage campaigns, but understands the full digital ecosystem, from PPC and email automation to website performance and webshop conversion. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on bookings, guest experience, and the brand’s digital presence.

Day-to-day collaboration with the PPC agency and performance monitoring
Optimizing website content and landing pages to increase direct bookings
Managing and improving webshop performance
Supporting SEO and UX-driven content improvements
Overseeing conversion tracking, UTM structure, and digital reporting
Managing CRM and email marketing flows (pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay communication)
Coordinating social media publishing and handling online guest inquiries

Requirements

Has at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
Is a strong team player and works well in cross-functional environments
Is comfortable working across PPC, email marketing, and web environments
Has an analytical mindset with a strong sense for UX and design
Uses AI tools to work more efficiently
Is detail-oriented, structured, and proactive
Bonus: experience in tourism, luxury hospitality, or agency environment
