Mission: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to spearhead Digital Transformation initiatives in the Supply Chain domain, focusing on Consumer/Customer Centricity, Employee Experience, and Operational Productivity. Drive innovation, develop MVPs, and ensure tangible business value in collaboration with a global digital community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on digital solutions in the Supply Chain.
- Uphold stability and performance during IT disruptions, materializing business value through digital product implementation.
- Cultivate and sustain a highly skilled digital community of experts (KUs)
Digital Transformation:
- Prioritize local needs, leading successful digital product/service rollouts.
- Participate in agile teams, taking the lead on project teams.
- Foster digital capabilities development and adoption within the function.
Innovation Management:
- Take ownership of digital innovations and drive the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
Other Responsibilities:
- Optimize costs through CAPEX and OPEX management.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR and other data privacy requirements.
- Coordinate regular releases for a seamless transition, managing change effectively.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Tests within the Key Users' community.
Profile:
- University/College degree in IT/Engineering/Economics.
- Strong business awareness, particularly in the FMCG sector, coupled with digital and technology savviness.
- 2-3 years of relevant digital solutions project management/configuration/implementation experience.
- Advanced English knowledge (higher advanced/fit for negotiation).
- Self-sufficient, result-oriented, with efficient time and task management skills.
- Solid leadership and influencing skills with proven digital transformation experience.
- Experience in managing people without authority and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies.
