Diákmunka - Trainee Receptionist and Administrator (Native Hungarian Speaker)
Feladatok:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our company, offering a warm welcome to guests and clients both in person and over the phone in Hungarian and English.
- Manage incoming calls, including screening, forwarding, and taking messages with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, binding, and preparing mail and courier packages.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with data entry and the maintenance of the company’s database and client files.
- Provide general support to visitors and assist in organizing in-house or external events.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service delivery.

- High school diploma required; further education in administration, business, or related field is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work in shifts, covering early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as required.
- Native Hungarian speaker with proficient level of English.
