−Hands-on experience in structural, layout planning and project coordination.

-Education in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, building services or related services).
-IT skills (PPT, Excel, Word). Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit or similar) is a plus.
-Fluent English language skills (Both spoken and written).
-Previous experience in building services (electrical, mechanical) is an advantage.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Good organizational, communication skills and eagerness to learn.
-Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
-At least 30 hours/week is preferred.
