What you will do:
The Solution Procurement Intern serves as a point of contact to provide support to the project managers. We are looking for a highly motivated, agile student with an interest in procurement. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to take first steps into the corporate world with Schneider and discover the challenges of this field.
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
•Providing procurement and SAP administrative support
•Assistance with request for quotations, request for information and data collection
•Supporting price negotiations
•Preparing and running reports and analyzing financial data
•Preparation of contracts, managing documentations
•Supplier relationship management and benchmarking

Elvárások:
•Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; engineering/ logistics/supply chain field
•Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
•Strong English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)
•You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel: knowledge of formulas, PIVOT table, able to work with data and to prepare visualizations), MS Teams
•You have reliable and autonomic attitude
•You have great problem-solving, analytical mindset with an open, positive willing to do attitude
•As soft skills we require team spirit and interpersonal skills: collaboration and cooperation skills with internal and external organization
•Related work experience, macro, BI, Access knowledge are considered as plus
•Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status

•Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
