Diákmunka - Sales Analyst Trainee
Feladatok:
Responsibilities
•Assist the Sales Forecast, Sales Projection and Annual Planning processes
•Create guides and documentations on the processes operated by the Sales Analysts
•Assist the Sales Analysts to refresh regular reports
•Create reports and data collection spreadsheets
•Coordinate regular and ad-hoc data collections from the Sales Team
•Send reminders on regular and ad-hoc reporting tasks
•Provide reporting support to the Sales Team
•Participate in system developments and testing
•Do data uploads to business systems
•Take over administrative tasks from Sales Partner Managers to allow them to spend more time on the field
•Enhance Partner Data management by doing data collection and data cleaning in sales systems
•Generate status reports and metric reports on specific partner and sales programs
•Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
•Demonstrate teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence
•Interact with all levels of management; communicate effectively verbally and through email

•Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
•Punctuality and great attention to details is a must
•Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be adaptable to change management within processes and/or applications
•Strong customer service and teamwork skills
•Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships
•Able to solve problems through research and analytical skills
•Structured thinking and data driven mindset
•Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
•Salesforce experience is a plus
•Finance, Accounting, Business Administration studies are preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers and subject matter experts
