Diákmunka - Project Manager Intern
Feladatok:
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
•To provide administrative support in data/information collection
•To follow project introduction process and criteria for new project coming.
•To involve labeling projects on behalf of VFE (Virtual Factory Europe) by working with BU project team, provide support to project team. To secure new project can meet trading requirements.
•To coordinate with VFE internal team to secure new project can be ready on schedule (quality, supply chain).
•To validate the project can be transferred to VFE for mass production by meeting project target.

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Intern to join our team and assist in driving project progress and ensuring timely time-to-market (TTM) delivery. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the project management process to secure project milestones. In this role, you will collaborate with various Business Units (BU) and functions to develop and implement effective supply chain solutions for new products and transformation projects. Your input will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
The Project Manager Intern serves as a point of contact to provide administrative support to the industrial/supply chain strategy study. The candidate should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Act as a proactive team member supporting the entity as a participant in localization, transfer, and re-balancing projects in order to contribute to drive project management process excellence.

Elvárások:
•Ongoing studies in supply chain management, quality or economic field
•Strong Business English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), French language knowledge is considered as a plus
•You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data) and SAP tool
•You have great stakeholder and time management, problem solving and communication skills
•As soft skills we require team spirit and interpersonal skills: collaboration and cooperation skills with internal and external organization
•This role is convenient for a student part time, without experience
•Minimum 1-year active student status
•Strong Business English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), French language knowledge is considered as a plus
