Job Description
As a Junior Data & Process Analyst / Intern at Albus Partners Strategic Consulting, you will support our consulting teams in analysing business processes, working with operational and performance data, and preparing materials that support strategic and operational decision-making.
This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in consulting while developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills in real business environments.

Process Analysis
•Analyse and document business and operational processes of client organizations.
•Support the identification of inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and optimization potential.
•Assist in developing recommendations to improve operational performance.
Data Analysis
•Collect, structure, and analyse operational and performance data.
•Identify trends, patterns, and insights that support project conclusions.
•Use analytical tools (primarily Excel and related tools) to support data-driven analysis.
Project Support
•Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials used in client workshops and internal project discussions.
•Support consultants in developing recommendations and decision-support materials.
Documentation & Reporting
•Prepare clear, structured project documentation including process maps, analysis summaries, and presentation materials.
•Ensure accuracy and consistency of analytical outputs and project deliverables.
Field Exposure
•Participate in on-site activities and support data collection and analysis close to operational environments.
Learning & Development
•Continuously develop analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
•Gain exposure to real business challenges across different industries.

•At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
•Excellent written and spoken English and Hungarian
•Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
•Geographic mobility within Hungary
•Availability to work at least 4 weekdays per week
