Diákmunka - Indirect Purchasing Intern
Feladatok:
- Support in the tender-process (tender-approval, tender sent out, commercial evaluation, nomination, contract administration), that are related to the ramp-up of BMW plant Debrecen.
- Providing support by maintaining internal indirect purchasing webpage with relevant content
- Participate with onboarding suppliers and maintain the supplier data in supplier database
- Support with the necessary administration for the repoorting
- Upload/maintain catalogue files in order to keep the prices up to date in internal database
- Provide technical support with supplier onboarding.

What you should bring along?
The Intern should be able to assist the Purchasing Team in Debrecen.
−The role requires advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) using skills.
− Internal webpage editing will be the part of responibilities therefore experience in website editing would be an advantage.
−English in a conversational (intermediete) level is required.
−The role requires knowledge in economics or engineering and Microsoft Office user skills.
−Openness to different technical topics and analytics thinking are mandatory as well as interest in working in an international environment.
