-Provide support through email, chat, or phone

-Professional level of and German and English both in written and verbal
-Don’t Worry! IT experience is not required for the position, we will teach you everything, but IT interest of course is a must
-Effective communication skills
-Ability to find creative solutions to problems
-Commitment to complete the full period of the 6-month long program
-Availability to work min. 20 hours/week
-Ready to work in 24/7 (night and weekend shifts)
-Hungarian or EU citizenship
