Diákmunka - Facility student
Feladatok:
Facility Works
•Perform small repairs within the OCDs (e.g. door handle repair, drawer lock change)
•Variable works based on requests via ticketing system (copying, scanning, laminating,
•packing, easy physical work, whiteboard or wall clock installation)
•Workspace management
•Perform movements inside TCS premises
•Rearrange project areas and meeting/training rooms
•Handles minor moves of associates within the project area or between different project
•areas
Asset Management
•Supporting the asset register update for Admin related assets
•Conducts yearly inventory in TCS premises
•Follows TCS and legal inventory rules and regulation
Other responsibilities
•Stationary checking and distribution
•Ad-hoc procurements with pool car
•Postage distribution between locations
•Data recording, handling excel and word
•Poster distribution and installation within the buildings
•Organizing the internal storage rooms
•Supporting HSE activities (e.g. green day, fire evacuation)
•Checking meeting rooms before Client Visits
•Using company pool cars according to company related tasks
•Preparing pool cars in case of need (fueling, inside cleaning)

Elvárások:
•A minimum of 1 year long active student status (by enrolled at a Hungarian Educational Institute)
•High School Diploma
•Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop
•Advanced English knowledge
•Native Hungarian knowledge
•Type B drivers license
