Diákmunka - Customer Satisfaction & Quality Intern (CSQ)
Feladatok:
•Handling, recording escalations in our systems
•Organizing meetings and report the issues
•Support the team with administrative tasks
•Propose some solutions to improve the data management in terms of quality and accuracy
•Propose some solutions to ease the process & workload of the teams in terms of digitization, working closely with the central teams and in accordance with Schneider Electric Policy
