We are looking for highly driven:

Intern – Business Travel Compliance with ongoing full-time University College studies, working in a highly dynamic and international team.

As Business Travel Compliance Intern we will give you the opportunity to get an overall understanding of the Business Travel Compliance process, from understanding client needs to deliver value. You will build knowledge on all relevant areas of the international taxation, social security and immigration. You will have the opportunity to connect with different stakeholders and support day-to-day compliance related activities.

•Kapcsolattartás belső és külső ügyfelekkel: Kommunikáció fenntartása üzleti utazókkal, emlékeztetők küldése, határidők nyomon követése.
•Bevándorlási és egyéb ügyek koordinálása: Dokumentáció összegyűjtése és rendszerezése, Posted Workers Directive értesítések benyújtása, ország-specifikus folyamatok támogatása.
•Adminisztratív támogatás: Adatkezelés, riportok készítése, belső rendszerek frissítése.

•Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban.
•Precizitás, jó szervezőkészség és önálló munkavégzés.
•Nyitottság új feladatokra, proaktív hozzáállás
