Responsibilities

Preparing journey to containerization
Improving delivery via cloud deployment
Increasing scalability of systems
Maintaining high quality of systems
Re-evaluating systems design
Working on new features
Supporting development teams (Backend and Frontend focused)
Enhancing CI/CD pipelines
Improving monitoring and observability
Supporting and maintaining custom infrastructure solutions
Taking ownership of CI/CD pipelines
Guiding developers to improve automation, reliability, and test coverage
Leading migration from Octopus to GitHub Actions
Designing and evolving monitoring systems with Prometheus/Grafana
Integrating observability into CI/CD workflows
Ensuring robust tracing, logging, and metrics correlation
Supporting and extending custom-built infrastructure components
Collaborating with frontend and backend teams
Working closely with Gaming teams and DevOps engineers
Providing tooling and guidance to developers across environments

Requirements

Experience with GitHub Actions and Octopus
Strong focus on deployment automation, speed, reliability, and test coverage
Ability to guide developers and foster ownership of CI/CD workflows
Proficiency with Prometheus/Grafana
Capability of building dashboards and improving alerting
Understanding of observability practices including tracing, logging, and metrics correlation
Experience with custom-built NGINX setups
Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2, ALB, VPC, EKS)
Experience managing infrastructure using Terraform and modules
Proven experience setting up and managing Kubernetes clusters
Experience with AWS EKS and Rancher RKE
Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar
Proficient in Git and versioned source control practices
Support build and deployment processes for backend (.NET) and frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, StencilJS) applications
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Solid understanding of DevOps culture and ITIL best practices
Problem-solving mindset
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
Acting as a technical enabler for development teams
Championing DevOps best practices and empowering teams
