Stable operation of highly available applications in a 24/7 environment

Elvárások

Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Practical knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, or comparable container platforms
Good German and English communication skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Collaboration with Jira and Confluence
DevOps mindset with shared responsibility for development and operations
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Passion for automation and continuous improvement
Ability to dive deep into complex technical challenges
Interest in evaluating and adopting new technologies and tools
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Understanding of end-to-end service responsibility from deployment to operations
Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and occasional weekend support
