Responsibilities

Own CI/CD pipeline stability across MFT and MFT Enterprise
Build and baseline the Kubernetes-based on-premise deployment environment for MFT Enterprise
Reduce single-resource dependency on infrastructure
Own infrastructure-related escalations reliably
Use AI agents to automate infrastructure tasks
Author and maintain infrastructure-as-code and AI context files for every environment
Collaborate with the engineering team to define on-premise deployment patterns, environment standards, and infrastructure guardrails for MFT Enterprise
Help troubleshoot infrastructure issues in customer environments
Act as the security gatekeeper for all infrastructure environments

Requirements

AI-native fluency
CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance with Teamcity and YAML
Experience with virtualization and containerization including Hyper-V and Docker
Experience with Windows servers and Active Directory
Shell scripting languages Python, Bash, Powershell
Excellent troubleshooting skills and commitment to document findings
Experience in customer calls and customer support
Bachelor or Master’s degrees in software engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or Mathematics
Good written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-have

Experience in service migrations from on-premises to Cloud
Experience with Linux systems
Experience in TCP/IP network stack
Experience with AWS/Azure hosting environment
Cybersecurity background or understanding in the field
