Responsibilities

CI/CD pipeline stability ownership across MFT and MFT Enterprise
Kubernetes-based on-premise deployment environment building and baselining for MFT Enterprise
Documentation of runbooks and cross-training teammates to reduce single-resource dependency
Infrastructure-related escalation ownership including incident diagnosis, resolution, post-mortem writing, and systemic fix implementation
Automation of infrastructure tasks using AI agents
Authoring and maintaining infrastructure-as-code and AI context files for owned environments
Collaboration with engineering team to define on-premise deployment patterns, environment standards, and infrastructure guardrails for MFT Enterprise
Troubleshooting infrastructure issues in customer environments in partnership with support team
Security gatekeeping for all infrastructure environments including secrets management and access enforcement

Requirements

AI-native fluency
CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance with Teamcity and YAML
Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies such as Hyper-V and Docker
Experience with Windows servers and Active Directory
Shell scripting languages including Python, Bash, and Powershell
Excellent troubleshooting skills with commitment to document findings
Experience in customer calls and customer support
Bachelor or Master’s degree in software engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or Mathematics
Good written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-have

Experience in service migrations from on-premises to Cloud
Experience with Linux systems
Experience in TCP/IP network stack
Experience with AWS/Azure hosting environment
Cybersecurity background or understanding in the field
