Responsibilities

Ownership of CI/CD pipeline stability across MFT and MFT Enterprise
Building and baselining Kubernetes-based on-premise deployment environment for MFT Enterprise
Reducing single-resource dependency on infrastructure through documentation, cross-training, and automation
Ownership of infrastructure-related escalations including incident diagnosis, resolution, post-mortem writing, and systemic fixes
Automation of infrastructure tasks using AI agents for scripting, configuration, and runbook generation
Authoring and maintaining infrastructure-as-code and AI context files for owned environments
Collaboration with engineering team to define on-premise deployment patterns, environment standards, and infrastructure guardrails
Troubleshooting infrastructure issues in customer environments with support team
Acting as security gatekeeper for infrastructure environments enforcing secrets management and least-privilege access

Requirements

AI-native fluency with AI agents as core ops tools
3+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or equivalent) at production scale
Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Kubernetes-based on-premise environments
2+ years proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or equivalent)
Proven ability to own and resolve infrastructure incidents under pressure with clear post-mortems and systemic improvements

Nice-to-have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and tracing stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent)
Experience applying security controls to infrastructure in enterprise or compliance-driven environments
Experience running AI agents inside CI/CD pipelines for auto-generating configs, validating infrastructure changes, or triggering remediation
Personal infrastructure projects such as self-hosted Kubernetes or home automation showing curiosity and hands-on initiative
