DevOps Engineer Intern
You are eligible for the Internship if you are:
- A full-time BSc /MSc student in your final year(s) enrolled at a Hungarian university studying IT
- Required to complete the mandatory internship during your studies which is no more than 320 hours
About the internship:
- Internship start date: 24th June, 2024
- Duration: 8 weeks (320 hours)
- Deadline to apply: 24th May
The key requirements for the role are:
- Fluent English skills.
- Experience or strong interest in Linux, Shell scripting, Git, Virtualization, Jenkins and would like to extend your skills as a DevOps engineer.
- Interest in modern DevOps practices.
- You can imagine yourself in large scale, international development projects.
... and it would be nice if you know:
- Git or similar for CI and Jenkins or similar for CD.
- Deployment of RESTful APIs and related concepts (API management, security, etc.).
- Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform in any nature.
During your internship you will have the opportunity to:
- learn DevOps principles.
- design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- work with Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes and various PaaS solutions.
- study large scale, cloud native software architectures.
- experience working in agile DevOps methodology
- experience working at a fast-growing, truly colorful company.
- Work closely with senior engineer colleagues and mentors.
