Responsibilities

Design, development, and deployment of robust development tools and scalable infrastructure
Stakeholder collaboration and translation of business requirements into technical specifications
Automation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines
Code review and testing for high-quality deployments
Security and compliance with a security-first approach to infrastructure
Incident management including troubleshooting and software updates
Process governance ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
Microservices configuration and integration in a containerized environment

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or closely related Software Engineering position
Basic understanding of frontend or backend development
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins
Basic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes containerization
Experience with at least one cloud provider, preferably Azure
Good understanding of database technologies with preference for NoSQL environments
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and workflows
Analytical thinking and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
High attention to detail regarding technical processes and system reliability
Collaborative spirit with positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
Growth mindset with eagerness to learn new technologies and improve processes
Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Nice-to-have

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Helm
Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
Experience with observability and messaging tools like Grafana, ELK, Kafka
Experience with web servers such as NGINX, Apache, Tomcat
Experience with NoSQL databases like BigQuery, MongoDB, Redis
