Responsibilities

Responsibility for Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Ongoing development and management of IAM concepts and systems
Deployment, management, and customization of Keycloak in an Amazon EKS environment using modern CI/CD tools
Support and optimization of the Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
Development and implementation of infrastructure services in a Scrum team applying Infrastructure as Code principles
Analysis of complex requirements and creation of seamless solution concepts for the global hybrid infrastructure
Work in cross-functional teams responsible for full operational ownership of their services
Work in an international, self-organized team within an agile organization

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, or relevant work experience
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in teams
Solid knowledge and experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, policies, and technologies
Proven expertise in deploying, managing, and customizing Keycloak in Kubernetes environments (preferably EKS) utilizing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
Familiarity with authorization and authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or scripting skills

Nice-to-have

Hands-on expertise in container deployment tools, monitoring solutions (e.g., OpenSearch, Grafana), and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Experience with hypervisor platforms, especially AWS
Experience with Windows Active Directory environments and PowerShell
Experience working in SAFe environment
German language knowledge
