Responsibilities

Create accurate and detailed 3D models using Solidworks
Perform reverse engineering of existing products and redesign them in 3D
Prepare workshop drawings including materials, tolerances and machining instructions
Design new parts, components and assemblies
Support new product introduction and prototype builds
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers
Contribute to process improvements and quality enhancements
Manage and coordinate smaller engineering projects

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc/MSc)
Minimum 2 years of design engineering experience
Professional knowledge of Solidworks (parts, assemblies, sheet metal, welding, pipe, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems and basic LEAN knowledge
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-have

Experience in custom machine design, tools and fixtures
Strong knowledge of materials, machining processes and coatings
Project management skills and hands-on manufacturing experience (machining, heat treatment, surface treatments)
