Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including annual and operational plans;
Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team (engineers and technicians), including performance evaluation;
Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment;
Establish and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance systems;
Oversee major repairs, capital projects, and installation/commissioning of new equipment and production lines;
Analyze equipment failures (root cause analysis) and implement corrective and preventive actions;
Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation;
Develop and manage spare parts strategies and inventory optimization;
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality standards;
Establish, standardize, and continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures;
Lead and support internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and system compliance;
Prepare and present regular reports (KPIs, downtime, costs, equipment performance);
Drive digitalization initiatives, including CMMS implementation and optimization;
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams;
Coordinate response to emergency breakdowns and production incidents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field;
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in equipment maintenance, including 2–3 years in a leadership role;
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems and equipment reliability;
Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies;
Solid understanding of EHS and quality management systems;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent leadership and communication abilities;
Fluent in English.
