Responsibilities

Support and execute the company’s logistics and transportation strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of transportation and warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and reliability
Lead, develop, and motivate the logistics and warehouse team, fostering a high-performance culture
Supervise receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure smooth and compliant processes
Coordinate inventory management and stock control activities to maintain optimal inventory levels and accuracy
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and drive continuous improvement in logistics performance
Plan, coordinate, and implement logistics-related projects
Continuously develop and optimize logistics processes, systems, and operational standards
Prepare regular reports and performance analyses for management, the General Manager, and Headquarters
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of customer deliveries

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in logistics and warehouse management
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams
Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain processes, and warehouse management systems
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency improvement
Confident command of English, both written and spoken (regular reporting to Headquarters)
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Nice-to-have

Previous logistics experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Project management experience
