Responsibilities

Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely and friendly manner
(No cold calling – ever!)
Build rapport with prospective patients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the best treatment options
Stay calm, professional, and polite, even when things get busy
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage your daily workflow
Collaborate with our dental team and act as the link between patients and dentists
Assist patients with travel arrangements
Prepare provisional quotes using clinic guidelines and materials

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English (native speakers highly preferred)
(Hungarian is not required)
A genuine passion for helping people
Confident, warm communicator with strong customer service skills
Team player with the ability to take initiative
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good time management
Basic computer literacy
Experience in sales is an advantage, but not a must
College or university degree preferred
