Responsibilities

Updating weekly reports and tracking files
Monitoring product arrivals, deliveries, and stock movements
Collecting and updating sales and inventory information from partners
Maintaining production, sales, inventory, and shipment tracking reports
Communicating daily with Sales and Supply Chain teams regarding product availability and deliveries
Updating resource requirements planning and product information in internal systems
Contributing to ongoing reporting and process improvement activities

Requirements

Ongoing university or college studies for at least one more year
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
Interest in business operations, supply chain, or data analysis
Detail-oriented and willingness to learn
Team-player mindset with a proactive attitude
Availability of at least 30 hours per week
