Main responsibilities, tasks:

Take full ownership of demand forecasts and transform data into clear, actionable business insights.
Lead local demand planning discussions in close partnership with Sales, Finance, and senior management.
Balance supply and demand while supporting new product launches and phase-outs in line with business strategy.
Analyze market trends, promotions, and historical sales data to improve forecast quality and business performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously enhance forecast accuracy and proactively manage demand risks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using advanced planning tools such as RapidResponse, SAP, and Excel.

Required skills:

3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar supply chain role.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into business-ready insights.
Confident, persuasive communicator who can influence stakeholders up to senior management level.
Professional English proficiency and hands-on experience with planning tools (RapidResponse, SAP, Excel; Power BI is a plus).
