Responsibilities

Management of the Global Travel Data & Systems roadmap delivery
Operation, integration and continuous improvement of GT business systems including GTME, GT Power BPM and Vision
Governance and operational management of Global Travel commercial data and business systems
Ensuring trusted data, effective controls and integrity of key business datasets including Depletions, Stock in Trade, Retail Sales Value and Sales Drivers
Partnership with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, GBS and external partners to translate business requirements into operational solutions
Coordination of system enhancements and delivery of agreed business priorities
Coordination of day-to-day Data & Systems capability
Support of the Commercial Product Owner by managing operational priorities
Driving continuous improvement and ensuring effective collaboration across the wider Commercial Data & Systems team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline
7+ years experience in data management, business systems, analytics or digital operations within a complex commercial environment
Experience managing commercial systems, business data and operational governance
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions
Strong understanding of commercial data governance, reporting, business systems and process improvement
Experience driving operational excellence and business adoption
Experience working collaboratively across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and GBS functions within a matrix organisation

Nice-to-have

Experience with GTME, Power BPM, Vision, Power BI, Microsoft technologies or similar enterprise platforms
